About Kathryn Delans
Kathryn Delans is a plaintiff’s attorney based in Missoula, Montana, where she focuses her practice on representing individuals injured in accidents and advocating for their legal rights. Kathryn grew up in Fort Myers, Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
During her studies, she interned with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Investigations. Following graduation, she worked as a Child Protective Investigator for the State of Florida in its critical care unit, handling high-risk and sensitive cases involving child welfare.
In 2014, Kathryn relocated to Montana to attend the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in December 2017. While in law school, she interned with Paul Ryan, where she worked on personal injury matters and developed a strong foundation in plaintiff-side advocacy. After graduation, she joined the firm full-time as a plaintiff’s attorney.
Kathryn later worked as a plaintiff’s attorney with The Advocates, where she managed a high-volume caseload, successfully settling hundreds of personal injury claims and litigating cases when necessary to protect her clients’ interests. In recognition of her work, she received a Top 40 Under 40 award in 2023. In 2024, Kathryn expanded her practice by obtaining her license to practice law in Florida.
Currently, Kathryn is a civil attorney at Holloway & Hulling, where she continues to represent injured individuals and litigate on their behalf. She is licensed to practice in Montana, the United States District Court, and Florida. Outside of her practice, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family. Together, theycan often be found on the mountain, at the lake, or walking their dog, Kevin. Kathryn enjoys staying active at the gym and travelling.
Community Involvement
Soft Landing & Montana Legal Services
During law school and after, Kathryn volunteered with Soft Landing and Montana Legal Services. She continues to donate to charities such as Boys and Girls Club and does pro bono work for clients each year.
