Notable Case Wins

  • Dissolution (Missoula County)

In a long-term marriage involving minor children and significant marital assets, our client was the primary income earner throughout the relationship. Through strategic preparation and effective mediation advocacy, we reached a full resolution without litigation – in which our client received more than 50% of the marital estate. The outcome allowed our client to retain the marital residence, preserve the majority of his retirement assets, and establish a joint custody parenting plan that provided him equal parenting time.

  • Dissolution (Missoula County)

In a short-term marriage where the opposing spouse entered the relationship with minimal assets, our client had significant premarital property and an established financial foundation. Through effective advocacy and strategic negotiation at mediation, we secured a settlement with an equalization payment below our client’s bottom-line number, preserving the bulk of their premarital estate and long-term financial stability.

  • Dissolution With Children (Lake County)

This long-term marriage involved substantial jointly accumulated property, including high-value Lake County real estate. We negotiated a settlement providing our client with over 50% of the marital estate and a partition of land that maximized property value for both parties. Our team also obtained an agreement granting our client full custody of the minor children, with flexible, child-centered contact for the other parent.
