We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and are looking to add a highly skilled paralegal to our growing team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate or license (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury(required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Support attorneys in managing cases, ensuring case files are organized and up to date.
• Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
• Requesting Medical Records: Draft and submit requests for medical records and track receipt of records as needed.
• Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Document Preparation & Filing: Prepare, organize, and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies in accordance with deadlines and legal requirements.
• Trial Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing exhibits, case files, and documentation for hearings and trials.
• Administrative Support: Maintain case files, manage attorneys’ calendars, and track important deadlines to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or license (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Injury (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.
• Proficient in legal case management software, and e-filing systems.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
