Nate’s 5 Star Client Reviews
“After being charged with a DUI I contacted 3 different firms in Missoula. 2 of the firms had different thoughts on how to proceed and also different price points. After talking with Nate I felt that his firm was the best choice. I was right.
He was responsive to all my inquiries and always felt that he had my best interest in mind. He was able to find a mistake by the arresting officer and then was able to get the DUI reduced to a reckless with no jail time or suspension of Drivers license. Its was the best outcome I could have hoped for. Stellar work by a great attorney. Thanks for making my life easier.”

“Nate Holloway was very professional and courteous throughout my case. He walked me through the legal process that were about to take place, let me know my possible fines/penalties/sentencing and the options I may have. Through diligence & patience, after several hearings, a unique scenario surfaced and he was able to get my case dismissed.”

He took on a complex case involving false claims and guided us through each step of the way to a complete dismissal. If you find yourself or your loved one the victim of a scary and difficult legal situation, Nate is your guy.”

“There are times in our lives that we need the assistance of strangers, and you have to trust their knowledge, skills, work ethic and expertise. We contacted H&H to help with a problem and they jumped in right away. Things began immediately, and the effort and energy put into our case helped us quickly realize that we made the right decision to choose H&H. Easy to reach, exceptionally easy to speak to and attentive to our emotional needs by addressing concerns before we had a chance to think about them. Nate is a pro, he is tenacious and most of all he was invested in what was happening and wanted to arrive at the best outcome for us. Nate did his job well and earned every penny we paid him. We highly recommend H&H!”
