Motorcycle Accidents in Montana

On an annual basis, nearly 5,000 motorcyclists are killed in collisions, with more than 80% of all motorcycle crashes resulting in an injury or fatality to one of the persons involved. Unsurprisingly, these incidents are much more serious than typical vehicle collisions because there is minimal protection for motorcycle riders from severe, often fatal, injuries that are caused by the inattentive drivers of much larger vehicles or trucks. Considering the lack of airbags and seatbelts to support motorcyclists in the event of an accident, it’s unfortunately common to see victims sustain life-threatening injuries or fatal wounds as a result.
