Frenchtown, MT (August 28, 2024) – A Washington man is dead following a crash on the off-ramp of Interstate 90 at Frenchtown just after midnight on Wednesday morning.
According to a report from Montana Highway Patrol, the accident took place on the westbound side of I-90 at the Frenchtown off-ramp. A 64-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving measures attempted by EMTS.
However, no additional information is currently available regarding the incident, and it’s unclear how many victims were injured in the incident. Though the investigation is still ongoing, MHP suspects speed and alcohol were factors in this crash. Witnesses were asked to come forward in the meantime.
