Motorcycle Accidents in Montana
Nearly 5,000 motorcyclists are killed in collisions each year across the nation, with over 80% of all motorcycle accidents culminating in an injury or fatality to one of the parties involved. It is not surprising that these incidents are significantly more severe than typical vehicle collisions, as motorcycle riders are afforded negligible protection from severe, frequently fatal injuries that are the result of the inattention of the drivers of much larger vehicles or trucks.
Regrettably, it is common for victims to suffer life-threatening injuries or fatal wounds as a consequence of the absence of airbags and seatbelts to provide support to motorcyclists in the event of an accident.
