Pedestrian Deaths in Montana
One of the measures that pedestrians can take to ensure their safety on our streets is to walk at a constant, rapid pace, avoid congested areas, and use crosswalks instead of jaywalking. However, it is unfortunate that even the most circumspect pedestrian may suffer injuries as a consequence of a negligent driver. Even more detrimental, pedestrian accidents arise when a driver disregards the safety of others. Additionally, these incidents frequently lead to severe injuries and even fatalities, as pedestrians lack the protection that motorists who operate motor vehicles do.
