Fatal Car Accidents in Montana
An injury victim may not receive the compensation necessary to completely recover after an accident if they do not have the assistance of an attorney, and this is even more apt for the families of deceased victims lost to another driver’s negligence. If you are involved in a car mishap, one of the first queries you may inquire is who or what caused the accident. Montana is a “tort” insurance state, which means that you may be able to pursue a claim for damages against another individual if their negligence is the cause of your injuries.
Unsurprisingly, intersections and highways are areas of high risk for severe auto accidents. Of course, the majority of individuals do not anticipate being killed or suffering severe bodily injuries when they travel to a park or mall in their vehicles for a day. However, a car accident causing serious injuries and even fatalities can occur in a matter of seconds, disrupting the lives of the victims and their families.
