Fatal Car Accidents in Montana
To determine the cause of multi-vehicle collisions, which frequently occur as a consequence of a sequence of events initiated by one or more drivers, it is imperative to conduct a meticulous examination of the evidence surrounding the accident and adhere to Montana’s traffic laws.
Of course, car accidents occur in Montana’s rural and urban areas, as is the case nationwide. Nevertheless, rural areas account for roughly 75% of Montana’s fatal auto accidents, while urban areas or unreported locations account for the remainder. Unsurprisingly, intersections and highways are hotspots for serious auto accidents.
